2025 River Glen Homeowners Association Annual Meeting moves to Holland Park

The annual meeting will take place at 7:00 p.m. Monday, September 29 in the Roy G. Holland Memorial Park Community Building, 1 Park Drive.

This is a new location. The Delaware Township Community Center is undergoing repairs after sustaining damage from a lightning strike on May 13.

Miller Surveying completes effort to identify landscape, utility easements

Miller Surveying, Inc., has completed the survey of landscape and other easements that have been put in place since the neighborhood was built.

The Board decided it was necessary to have a professional survey done of all the easements due to the fact that so much has changed in the years since the neighborhood was built, including the widening of 116th St. and commercial growth on Allisonville Road with all the adjoining properties. The survey provides a clear and accurate description of all the declared easements and rights of way throughout the neighborhood.  

Now that the work has been completed, the Board will receive accurate drawings and descriptions of all the properties that have declared easements, which will also be made  available to the homeowners whose properties are affected.
